  • Our in-shop or online design sessions typically last about 1 hour to get your design just the way you want it.

  • Ring sizers are not created equal. Stop by our Provo, Utah shop to get your ring sized.

    If you are designing with us online, our preferred ring sizer can be ordered from Amazon here. We have tested this sizer for accuracy and it is spot on.

    If you don’t have the luxury of waiting, you can use our printable ring sizer. While this may not be 100% accurate, it’s darn close and enough to get the design process started. You will still want to verify your size with a reliable ring sizer before approving your design for production.

    And don’t worry! We want your ring to fit perfectly so we always resize for FREE for 30 days after delivery!

  • While any device with an internet connection can work, we recommend that you use a laptop, desktop, or TV with a direct high speed internet connection for best results. This way you will be able to see every detail of your design and reduce buffering skips and jumps.

  • Typically you will have your ring in hand 4 weeks from the time you approve your final design. Your ring will be presented in a beautiful wood box ready for your proposal. More complex designs may take a bit longer.

  • Not at FORGE! Isn’t that great? Many jewelry companies charge significantly more for custom pieces, but we keep our overhead extremely low and pass along all the savings to you. We specialize in custom and are able to do custom pieces at non-custom prices. We pride ourselves on being able to create a perfect ring that fits your budget without compromising her style.

  • We accept all major credit cards, VENMO, and have financing options available. Your designer can go over financing options and applications with you during your design session.

  • Absolutely. Our goldsmiths can take care of any repair, restoration, or re-build that you need. Click here for more details.

  • We opened our doors in 2014. In addition, our team brings you over 150 years of combined experience designing, goldsmithing, and producing fine jewelry. We are the world leader in live custom 3-D jewelry design.

  • The cost of gold fluctuates daily based on market value. Currently, there is very little cost difference between yellow, white, and rose gold – the 3 most popular options for engagement rings. We also design with beautiful platinum which is a great option. Your designer can go over any price differences with you during your design session.

  • The karat in gold is determined by the amount of gold that is mixed with other alloys. The higher the karat, the more parts gold it has. 24 karat gold is pure gold, but is not recommended for jewelry as it is extremely soft and can bend and scratch easily. Mixing gold with other alloys gives it more strength and durability. We recommend 14 karat gold as the ideal balance between beauty, durability, and value.

  • We sell all types of center stones. While natural diamonds are always a great choice and traditionally the desired center stone for most brides, it is not the only center stone available. There are many other great stones such as lab grown diamonds, moissanite, colored stones, and more. You can discuss all your options with your designer during your design session.

  • Near the anniversary of your purchase, contact us at sales@forgejewelryworks.com or stop by our Provo, Utah shop. In addition, if we have your current contact information on file, we send you a reminder. If you are not local, we can send you shipping instructions. Remember, the annual inspection is FREE, but required to keep your warranty valid.
