Our Return/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it has been unaltered (i.e. sized, engraved, special ordered and/or custom made), you may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase to any FORGE Jewelry Works location or forgejewelryworks.com. While exchanges are not available at forgejewelryworks.com, you may exchange your product within 30 days of purchase at any FORGE Jewelry Works location.

Watches must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents in order to be returned or exchanged

Refunds will not be issued on clearance or closeout merchandise.

Custom designed merchandise, special orders, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled.

If you purchased your item from forgejewelryworks.com and it shipped directly to you, please contact us at 801-704-7020 for return authorization and instructions on how to return the merchandise.

Please Note:

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team prior to a refund being processed.

We will credit your original method of payment within 3 weeks of receiving your return merchandise, excluding a 4% non-refundable processing charge, shipping, and handling charges, within 3 weeks of receiving your return.

Down payment towards items acknowledges and agrees to these terms. FORGE Jewelry Works or forgejewelryworks.com is not responsible for merchandise that does not arrive in its original condition and packaging or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
